The programme consists of 3 stages:

Α)  “I eat right- I grow up happy”   (presentation using a projector)
A very pleasant and entertaining interactive presentation which keeps up children’s attention.  By approaching the way children practically see food, we will make a journey inside our bodies and will learn which foods give us vitality and health. In the end we will all know which foods to choose to select the best for our health.

Β)  “The greedy little mouse”   (dramatized fairy tale)
Mr. Decay, a small greedy mouse, will take us with him on a series of adventures through the interactive narration of Anna Papamarkou, actress and children’s book author. The narration is accompanied with lots of music and beautiful children’s songs.

C)  “The relay race of health”   (group activity)
Through an exciting and very pleasant game, children will have the opportunity to play and learn this way to make the right nutritional choices.
